PRODUCT RECALL

The safety of our customers is number one.

We’ve identified that the ball joint of the Pro Forge Upper Control Arm does not meet the Ironman 4×4 standard, whereby premature wearing is occurring. Consequently, the Upper Control Arm may fail prematurely, creating a risk of accident or injury to the vehicle occupants and other road users.

Effective immediately, we’re recalling all Ironman 4×4 Pro Forge Upper Control Arms.

Affected products were sold from January 2019 to June 2023 and are under product codes of:

Is My Vehicle Affected?

All vehicles fitted with Ironman 4×4 Pro Forge Upper Control Arms are included in this recall.

Does this affect any other parts of my suspension?

No. This is isolated to only the ball joint within the Pro Forge Upper Control Arm.

What do I do if I have sold a vehicle that has the product?

We would encourage you to please make reasonable efforts to get in contact and forward on the official
communication about the recall to the current owner.

Is there anything wrong with the Pro Forge Upper Control Arm?

No, this is simply a premature wear issue pertaining specifically to the ball joint.

If my ball joint gets replaced, is the recall process finalised?

Yes, once the ball joints have been replaced appropriately no further action is required.

I have IRONMAN 4X4 suspension fitted to my vehicle, does this recall affect me?

You are only affected by this recall if you have the optional inclusion of Pro Forge Upper Control Arms. This recall does not affect all Ironman 4×4 suspension kits.

How do I know if my UCAs have been impacted by the recall?

All Ironman 4×4 Upper Control Arms sold between January 2019 and June 2023 are included in the recall.
