IRONMAN 4X4 WARRANTY STATEMENT
Ironman 4x4 warrants products to the original purchaser when bought new through authorized Ironman 4x4 resellers or distributors, from the date of retail sale. The warranty is non-transferable. Products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship that cause performance to fall below the specified limits set by Ironman 4x4. Ironman 4x4 will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective parts.
Decisions regarding repair or replacement will be made after the product is inspected by an Ironman 4x4 representative and deemed to qualify for warranty coverage. Warranty claims should be submitted through the original point of purchase unless otherwise arranged. Proof of purchase is required.
PLEASE NOTE:
Products may need to be returned to Ironman 4x4 for assessment or repair. Ironman 4x4 is not responsible for postage, shipping, or removal costs associated with warranty claims. Assistance with these costs may be considered at Ironman 4x4's discretion upon verification of a valid warranty claim.
The warranty does NOT cover:
Before installation, please confirm that the correct parts have been received for the intended application. The buyer is responsible for ordering the appropriate parts. Returns of unused products, where Ironman 4x4 is not at fault, will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Returns of used or dirty products that are outside the warranty period or without a valid fault claim will not be accepted and will be returned at the buyer's expense. Damage resulting from installation errors is not covered under the warranty.
REGIONAL WARRANTY RIGHTS
Our products are covered by applicable statutory rights and consumer protection laws in the buyer's jurisdiction, which may offer guarantees that cannot be excluded. These rights may entitle you to a repair, replacement, or refund in the event of a product failure.
FREIGHT CONDITIONS:
Freight costs are the buyer's responsibility. If Ironman 4x4 arranges freight, the costs will be invoiced to the buyer. Ironman 4x4 is not liable for damage or loss during transportation.
FITTING INFORMATION:
Fitting costs are not included in product prices and are determined by individual fitting agents.
ACCESSORIES:
Installation should be carried out by a qualified mechanic with experience in 4x4 accessories. Some parts may require special tools for installation. Warranty may become void when product is installed in conjunction with anything other than genuine manufacturer or Ironman 4×4 components, or not installed as directed.

SUSPENSION PRODUCTS:
All suspension installations require a safety check at 500 km. Fitting should be conducted by a qualified mechanic experienced in suspension work. Wheel alignments after installation are the buyer's responsibility. Warranty may become void when product is installed in conjunction with anything other than genuine manufacturer or Ironman 4×4 components.
