Overview
FAST, HIGH VOLUME & CONTINUOUS
The brushless aluminium MX195 delivers 195 litres per minute from 0 psi and maintains 130-135 litres per minute at 40 psi, which is exceptional performance that will see users inflate an average 32"" off-road tyre from sand pressures (~ 15 psi) to road pressures (~ 35) in well less than 2 minutes.
The 100% duty cycle means that unlike others, there is no need to rest the motor for bigger jobs. You can inflate the every tyre in the convoy fast and without damaging your equipment.
DURABILITY DELIVERS RELIABILITY
4x4 accessories are an investment and you want them to last. The MX195 has been designed for performance and reliability over pure cost, to ensure you only need to buy it once!
The MX195 looks after itself with its low-temperature, maintenance free brushless aluminium motor with integrated cooling plus thermal, current and voltage overload protection. Additionally the MX195 features a two-factor (electronic & mechanical) 150 psi pressure-max safety cut-off to protect the entire air compressor eco system from over-pressurising as well as intelligent pressure management for reduced stress on the motor throughout constant operation.
The only serviceable component is a washable and replaceable foam air filter.
VERSATILITY TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS
The MX195 is no 'one-trick pony'. The compressor will offer everything from a simple quick-connect inflation device through an intricate eco-system of fittings, tanks, inflation-stations and more.
The brushless and self-lubricating motor allows for the compressor to be mounted both horizontally and vertically, while the integrated rubber feet help reduce vibration and noise.
The MX195 features Nitto-style quick-connect fittings for optimal air-volume delivery, while offering multiple outlets to customise your preferred set up. The MX195 can service both an in-line tank as well as a direct hose connector simultaneously with connection via either the manifold or directly off the cylinder head.
COOL OPERATOR
A combination of features result in nothing short of cool operation. The brushless motor and internal cooling system keep operational temperatures at a minimum, making the MX195 perfect for mounting in tight spaces with a minimum clearnace of just ##(mm).
The manifold-mounted Nitto-style quick connect hose port keeps heat away from where the hose is connected, which means no burning fingers or melted hoses.
