The Scope 9″ driving light boasts a whopping 1Lux @ 1.77km when operated as a pair of spotlights, while a pair of Combos is not far behind at 1.4km!
Amazing driving light performance, with lower power draw in a sleek package is achieved with upgrades in reflector technology. Get out of the dark ages and into a whole new world with Ironman 4×4 Scope 9″ driving lights.
1 LUX RATING (PAIR): 1770m
RAW LUMENS (PAIR): 32,000
LUMEN EFFICIENCY: 67.5%
The true brilliance in the Scope 9″ driving light is the inclusion of the Hooded Reflectors which are positioned along the top and bottom of the light harnessing 6x 12W high power LEDs.
Hooded reflectors are hugely more effective and efficient, as the LED shines directly into them unlike a traditional reflector cup where huge amounts of light is lost.
Ironman 4×4, alongside most driving light manufacturers in the market, has been utilising traditional reflector cup technology for many years. Unfortunately, many driving lights with small and shallow reflector cups can be largely inefficient.
The 9″ Scope driving light can be dialled down at the touch of a button, cutting power by 80%.
To the sides, a pair of diffused optic lenses take the light from 8 LEDs and provide great vision to the immediate peripherals to the front of the vehicle.

A Spot and Combo version of the hooded reflector is available - the Combo driving light pushes more light out in a greater spread, while the Spot driving light puts all its effort into getting the light as far down the road as possible.
Spot Beam: This beam type is ideal for long-distance vision on remote highways and long straight, outback roads. It starts narrow and widens out at a longer distance.
Combo Beam: this beam type is a mix of a flood and spot beam, useful for a wider field of view at shorter distances on winding bush and alpine roads.
This beam type starts wide at shorter distances and then tapers in.
